Item in the wrong category that can't be found

Hi complete Newbie here.  I have an item that keeps coming up as a Vehicle expense in the trial balance.  But I haven't categorised anything. I've deleted ALL THE same AMOUNTS that it could be and it's still there.  I'm tempted to give up on this whole palaver & go back to my spreadsheets!

    I/ve tried all the date ranges & by month.  I've deleted all the references to the amounts too.  They were DVLA monthly payments which I'm wondering if the AI automatically categorised & hasn't forgotten

    I'm wondering if its only on my custom Trial balance this anomaly appears?
