Trial balance does not match the input

Question

am using SAGE SOLE TRADER free software. I have only a property business. For some reason my total rental income in the trial balance report is higher than the actual I have input. I have double checked every thing. Any explanations please?

Hi Mariam, Thanks for your post. I wonder if there is maybe a non rental income transaction that you've posted that has been put into the incorrect category?
