Attaching a photo receipt to a transaction

When trying to upload a photo receipt to my transaction it’s saying “ cannot add attachment selected attachment and try again” help??

tried photo size. Updating app, photo permission, different photos and transaction and not allowing any photos to be attached to any of the  transactions

    Could you confirm which Sage product you're using, You've posted in the Sage Accounting Start forum, I wondered if you were using Sage Sole Trader?
