I've found in the past that clearing the cache for the bank website has worked when I've had issues logging onto a bank.
You could try that, but may need to also clear it for the service used to connect Sage to the bank, I think it's Plaid.

What date did the last transaction come through?
Has you Sage business cloud account ever asked you to reconnect to your bank?
