Government Gateway Confirmation e mails

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that they are not receiving confirmations of submissions for their FPS and EPS when completing payroll. Up to week 48 I always received an e mail confirmation from the Gov Gateway but no more. Sage is showing that these submissions have been received and I have a correlation ID but just wondered if anyone has stopped receiving e mail confirmations too.

    Thanks for using Community Hub.

    I checked with my colleagues in Sage Technical Support and we've not had any other reports of this.

    I'd recommend logging in to your Government Gateway Account check the Settings to make sure the option for email confirmations is ticked still. If everything is okay on the Gateway its worth checking your Junk folder, and checking with local IT to see if any settings have changed around your Firewall or antivirus software that could be blocking emails.
