No, it loads as a text file - which is odd as a couple of months ago I could download and open the CSV files no problem in Excel - so I don't know what has happened.  Once the CSV has been generated, if I click on it to open then it opens in a new tab as a TEXT file, or if I download it, it saves as a text file and doesn't give me any option to open it with Excel.

It doesn't actually download as a CSV just has a series of 6 numbers as the filename and when you look at it in the Downloads section it just says document for the type and using Open With does not give you any options other than to use Note

Thanks - I had to get authorised to be able to use the technical support and my boss isn't always around but he's done that now and hoping I can get sorted!
