Importing transactions

I'm having issues regarding transaction imports from CSV - I have a paid Sage Individual subscription. I either get a 'something went wrong page' with no hint as to what has gone wrong or one time I seemed to get through the process and thought I had succeeded but I don't see the transactions in the software.

When I tried to do it all again I got the 'something went wrong 'page again.

Hi,

Thanks for using Community Hub.

Transactions can be created in Sage Accounting Individual in three different ways:

- Importing from a bank feed

- Creation using receipt scan and capture

- Manual entry

Could you outline the steps you're taking / and the point at which any error messages appear? - and we'll try to get to the bottom of it.

Hi Andy,

I've just attempted to do this by going to Banking> going to the relevant account> Actions> Import from bank statement> select account> next> something went wrong page.
