VAT RETURN 01.10.2022 to 31.12.2022

When my return was submitted the period for December was not included on my return and I didn't notice at the time. I now have to make an adjustment and file the December 2022 activity. Can anyone advise how I do tis, please?

No Andy. As yet they don't know. It was my auditor who noticed it. We still have no idea how this happened, as the return was dated correctly but all of December was missed. My auditor has advised me to make the return with my present return, which I have submitted.
