purchase invoices



Just a quick question to see if anything can help.

I am an electrician, and i have a lot of purchase invoices that come through daily.

I have been adding these through the add purchase invoice option, but I am finding that this takes a lot of my time up as some of the invoices can have more than 50 products on each one.

Is there any way that I can upload the pdf as a purchase invoice or does this have to be done manually.

    Thanks for using Community Hub.

    Why not use Purchase Automation to create purchase invoices from uploaded documents or image files. You can also forward purchase invoices or receipts in your email inbox to Sage Accounting instead of uploading them. This will save you a lot of time manually inputting the invoices.
