The best way to decipher them would be looking at putting them under dedicated category codes.

For example, if you used our default chart of accounts when you set up, you'd have one for Vehicle Fuel (7300).

When creating Money Out transactions, you would select the category you want the transaction to fall under.

For further help on what categories to put your transactions under, we'd advise speaking to your accountant.
