Sales Invoice export

SUGGESTED

Hi

We use BrightManager for our CRM. There is no sales integration function between Sage & BM. Has anyone come across a solution other than exporting to csv and then importing?

Thanks

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for using Community Hub.

Can I check which Sage product you're using? Maybe Sage 50 Accounts or Sage Accounting? You've posted in the GoProposal forum, but I can move your post to the right forum for a reply if you let me know the product.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Thank you for using the Community Hub.

At the moment the integration with BrightManager is for contact synchronisation only. It would be possible to use Auto Entry to largely automate  the import process, if you have access to that.

If you need further help or guidance the next step would to be contact us via -

    https://my.sage.co.uk/public/help.aspx#/contact?locale=uk&type=customer&product=accounting-uk

Or post the  need for integration to the ideas hub

    Hey Peter,

Here are a few things you might want to consider:

    1. Have you looked into tools like Zapier, Make, or Skyvia? These platforms can help you automate data transfer between BrightManager and Sage. They’re relatively easy to set up and could save you a lot of time if you set up the right workflows.

    2. If both BrightManager and Sage have APIs, a custom integration could be built to sync sales data automatically between the two systems. It’s a bit more involved and might require a developer, but once set up, it could streamline things.

    3. Sometimes, there are solutions in the Sage Marketplace that aren’t immediately obvious. You might find an app that fits your needs without even realizing it.

    4. Automate CSV exports. If you’re still stuck with the CSV process, consider automating it using tools like Power Automate. While it’s not as seamless as a full integration, it can make the process a lot quicker and reduce manual work.

Hopefully, one of these options will help you.
