Mobile App problem

I am getting really confused, I have only just started using sage and so far its been great, but I have now downloaded the app and there seems to be an invoice listed on the app which doesnt exist on the cloud, and its not an invoice I have sent so not sure where this "ghost" invoice has come from, more to the point how do I get rid of it, anyone else had this issue
