Sage Accounting App on iOS

I’ve recently downloaded the sage accounting app as per my accountants request. I’ve been told it makes uploading receipts a lot easier! My issue is I seem to have an endless cycle which involves me signing in (yes I’m using the same sign in details I use to log into sage online) I then get sent a code to my phone to enter. I enter it. It looks like it’s doing something then it takes me back to the sign in page.

any ideas why this is happened?

  • There is a known longstanding glitch on the mobile app, both Android & iOs. I have some clients who can get in & use it without any trouble & others who just can't log in cos it tells them they're in a different country!  Some have used it ok bfore & suddenly it doesn't work now. No reason.

    It's being worked on but I've been reporting this for over a year, maybe more. They seem to fix one glitch but others still remain. or occur. 

    Sadly there is no work around at the moment I'm told. I keep nagging!
