How often does the bank feed update? I have a tide account, and it is linked to sage, but, it only shows one transaction from 2 days ago,and nothing since. Is this normal?

Bank feeds automatically check for new transactions once a day, typically in the morning. Most banks provide transactions daily for the previous day. Depending on the provider, some banks take longer to update.
You can check for issues affecting particular banks here - https://www.sage.com/en-gb/sage-business-cloud/accounting/bank-feed-status/
If you notice your bank feed last updated longer than 3 working days ago, there are some actions you can take. Please follow this guide

If it has been 3 days and the above has not resolved the issue you will need to contact us for further investigation.
