changing an employee from weekly to monthly pay


How can I change an employee from weekly to monthly pay?  Thanks

    Hi William,

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    The changeover is quite smooth in regards to weekly pay being changed to monthly pay,

    You will need to process up to and as close to the new tax month as possible but not go past the 5th - for example Week 26 (28 September – 4 October) once this is complete you can then go into the employees record via the employees tab then click into the particular employee and change them from weekly to monthly then hit save.
