Hi all,

I have been running payroll for a while but I have completely failed to submit my pension online. I can't find where I am going wrong.

What can I do?

I get this below:

Error The credentials you have provided for your pension provider account are incorrect.
Error The account credentials were not accepted by the provider. Please check them and try again.

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    The errors that you've mentioned are usually due to either the NEST username or password being incorrect when entered for the first time, not to worry though if you use this page Contact Us  and give us a call we can remove these details allowing you to start again with the pension set up! 

    We can also go through the settings you already have and confirm that they are correct to limit any issues you may have in the future!
