I changed my sage business cloud email and the payroll is not feeding through to my accounting.

Hello,

Since updating our Sage Business Cloud email, the payroll has not been feeding through to our accounting. I have looked at the help page and noticed the note below. I wonder if this has caused an issue with the feeds, as we used the old email address when payroll was initially set up. I have checked all the places where I can change my email, and all confirmed the new email address. This may be a technical issue, but I thought I would first try here on the forum.
