Urgent Help Needed: Unable to Access Payslips Due to Password Issues

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out because I'm struggling to log in to access my payslips and I really need them for my taxes. The issue is that I don't have the password. I've seen in previous queries on this forum that the password format should be CCYYMMDD (date of birth), but that hasn't worked for me.

I've tried several variations and double-checked my birthdate, but I still can't get in. I'm desperate at this point and would appreciate any advice or guidance on how to resolve this issue.

    Hi Philip,

    Thank you for using Community hub.

    It seems you trying to log into your Sage HR account to see your payslips.

    The password to log in and get your payslips isn't defined by the system.

    When you were first invited to use the online facility you would have received a welcome email containing a link.

    Clicking the link makes you set up the password for your online account.

    There will be a "Forgot your password" option on the login page you can use.

    If there isn't, you are possibly trying to log into the wrong web page.

    Use the link below to go to the correct portal.

    If you still have difficulties, speak to your payroll person and confirm what they are using to host your payslips.
