I’m Andy, the UK & Ireland lead for Community Hub, and I’m excited to introduce myself and help you get settled in. I’m here to keep the forums running smoothly, assist with any questions you might have, and encourage everyone to jump in with ideas, replies, and best practice. The goal is to make this a place where we all learn from each other and find solutions together.

A little bit about me: Before joining Sage, I worked with three government agencies, including HMRC’s VAT Enquiry line. I’ve been with Sage for 25 years now, starting out on the support line for Sage Line 50 (now Sage 50 Accounts). Over the years, I moved into the Digital Knowledge Team where I helped develop helpful materials for our products, and eventually, into my current role here in Community Hub. I’m really passionate about what I do, and it’s so rewarding to see the community come together to help each other out!
When I’m not immersed in Community Hub, you’ll probably find me out birdwatching. I’m actively involved in long-term studies of Mute Swans and Kittiwakes. I also enjoy reading, socialising, and, as a lifelong Newcastle United fan, I’m still holding out hope for that elusive domestic trophy (70 years and counting!). Edit - Not any more :-)
