Christmas Bonus

Hi,

I am using SageOne Payroll. If I am giving all staff an extra weeks wages as a Christmas bonus, how do I record this in SageOne?

HI Noel,

Thank you for contacting Sage City.

Sorry for the delay in response.

To create a payment type for Christmas bonus you would follow this article choosing whether the payment is subject to tax etc.

You would then record the bonus in the period you wish to pay them the extra week’s wages.
