I am new to Payroll Cloud. While setting up my payroll, instead of setting it up as migrate payroll, I did it as a new company. Now I am not able to enter open balances which is what I actually need.
My questions is, will I be able to set it up as migrate payroll if I cancel the subscription and then resubscribe again the same one?
I have been already using Accounting Cloud so would prefer to have them integrated rather than opening a new payroll account separately.
