Thank you for using the Community Hub.

Currently Sage Business Cloud Payroll doesn’t support custom reporting of the type you suggest but please add it to the idea’s hub linked below.

With regard to payroll journals, we do have a feature Salary Journals that will allow you to export the journals either in a format suitable for importation into  Sage 50 Accounting or as a PDF or CSV file. I have linked the guide below.

When you are moving payroll providers you need to set up following the guidance in the link below.

How to use the Migrate Payroll Data option to transfer from another payroll system to Sage Payroll.
