transfer of cumulative balance

Question

Hello, 
 In November I transferred 4 employees from thesaurus to sage. I set them up as new employees. In november, i noticed that none of the cummumulative balance (gross pay, pate etc) were transferred. I thought this was the info I would have received from ROS but that didn't happen. They are set on Normal basis (as per the RPN) but are not paying any PAYE as the cumulative balance from the Jan-Oct are not recorded in the payroll. Is there somewhere I need to record those balances on Sage? Please help!

 When you are moving payroll providers you need to set up following the guidance in the link below. 
 How to use the Migrate Payroll Data option to transfer from another payroll system to Sage Payroll. 
 ie-kb.sage.com/.../viewsolution.jsp 
 This is to allow the entering of year to date figures. You will have to Contact Revenue to explain what has happened, reset the data and reprocess after having set up properly. We can help with the last two please contact via the link below and we will guide you through the process.
