ROS - Could not retrieve RPNs

Question

Hi, I am receiving this error below: 
 'An error occurred when trying to retrieve the latest RPNs. 
 Employer Registration Number not found.' 
 
 I have tried on iPhone, iMac and iPad - password was changed to contain only letters and numbers. 
 Issue is persisting and all other steps have been taken - no VPN being used. 
 
 Any help on this is appreciated

Hello ATF HYDRO LIMITED 
 There are a couple of other things that could be causing the issue: You might not be on the latest version of the software Your Ros certificate may need to be downloaded again

 Check you can login to ROS with the certificate and password 
 Try in a Private Browsing Window or clear cache and cookies to force a re-browse to the latest certificate and re-enter the password. 
 Try in a complete different browser.
