Undo employee leaving date

I had an employee leaving - I entered the pay on the payslip dated 11th Sept, then entered the leaving date on the employee details on 9th September but the employee then disappeared off the employee list and I couldn't process the last payslip. I can't see where to undo this or edit the employees details, please advise. Thanks.

    Thanks for your post.

    You would simply need to remove the employee's Finish Date. This article explains how, see the section "If an employee is marked as a leaver in error": Dealing with leavers

    Hi Andy, thanks for your reply but you can't simply remove the finish date apparently. I went through all of the available online support options before writing, I had exhausted the options that I could get information for. I had to contact Sage support and get them to remove the leave date from their end. I was unable to do it via Sage. This is not flexible, people make mistakes like this and there was no warning to say, make sure you process the payslip before entering the leave date. Also I have to say, it was very time consuming and difficult to get through to support. No available chat box agents and long waiting times on hold. Disappointing.
