Hi All, 

First-time poster, so not sure if this is the right place for this...

I have a small business, myself (the director), and a company secretary. 

I have recently set up a PRSA Pension with Irish Life, where only the company will be contributing to. 

When setting up the deduction, I selected Pensions > Pension PRSA and set a fixed amount to be deducted from the employer's contribution section. see below 

Irish life has given me a policy number, which is 8 digits long, but when I try to enter this as a tracing number in the Payroll, I get the following message: 

Irish life has also informed me that “PB” reference applies to Company Pensions rather than PRSAs and has advised me to select PRSA when creating the deduction (which as per above i have already done) 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
