Hi Brian,

A couple of things to check are correct:

1. Make sure the Employee Start date on the employee record is correct as they may not appear on the pay run until it reach's that date
2. If you have more than one type of pay Cycle for example monthly or Weekly, Make sure they are on the correct Pay Cycle has been selected on the the employee record
