Hi,

Thank you for using the Community Hub.

In Sage Business Cloud you can’t edit the defaults used in automatic journal postings to accounts. The Salary Journal Report you illustrated will give you a report that can be imported to Sage 50 (and potentially other programmes) but if you wish to post to nominals different to the default  in Sage Business Accounts It is either a case of  manual entry  or a journal after the automatic  posting.
