No longer have employees

Question

I no longer have any employees and am not running a monthly payroll for the foreseeable future - how can I "pause" my payroll until I need it again. Do I need to cancel and re-join when I need it or is there a way to retain the membership at a more reasonable price ?

Hi Cal, Thanks for using Community Hub. You can keep your subscription going and then run pay run for a future period just by amending the pay run period, take a look at the article below for further guidance. 
 Skip or miss a pay run 
 If you wish to cancel your subscription for a period a of time, you can contact our loyalty team on 0191 479 5911 to discuss this.
