Sage Customer Account Reports

We have joined sage as part of a manufacturing facility & have migrated 3 years ago - We are finding customer account data reports etc difficult to populate as all reports refer to financial YTD - Instead of Quarterly results - Does anyone have any tips to get adapt this?
