Random user on my account following upgrade to Sage for Accountants

My Partner Account was upgraded recently and on going through the set up I noticed a client had been set up an 'Owner' user.  I finally managed to remove the user but her name still shows as being able to manage other client accounts.

This 'user' has never logged in to the Partner edition as she uses Sage50.  How do I get any support on this matter?
