Company/Payroll when I press tab Payments and Deductions the windows are empty. How to fix the problem?

I have window11. I reinstalled the version several times 27.1,The problem starts when I open the payments option, I don&rsquo;t have 4 points (basic,time,double and salary). Also with deductions, there are empty windows. How to fix the problem?

 Thanks for using Community Hub. 
 From the information you have shared I can't see any reason why this would have happened. Can you see them when processing time and pay? If not, then I would recommend just setting them up again. If they do appear when processing and just not in the payments section you will need to contact our technical support team as they will need to further trouble shoot the issue further.
