Enable recording of Person of Significant Control (PSC) and beneficial owner against a client record

In light of changes to money laundering regulations and to demonstrate compliance there should be a field to record the PSC in Sage Practice Solution, along with the beneficial owners.

    We're not currently doing any development on the Sage Practice Solutions desktop product but will consider this idea for any future releases.
