It could be an environmental issue on the web browser, this can be resolved by clearing cache and cookies for all time, take a look at the guide below on how to do this.

Clear cache, cookies, and temporary internet files

If the issue continues please try adding the transactions and matching it on a different web browser, if you don't have access to another web browser you can either download one or try accessing your  account on a different laptop of computer

does SAGE MTD provide a method to assign a supplier to a 'non construction industry supplier please? Or create an additional category as it doesnt exist yet?
