This Syracuse Server release resolves an issue introduced in Syracuse 12.19.x when using a forward Proxy Server (Configured in Administration, Administration, Settings, Proxy configuration) to access external URLs. You will see error "write EPROTO F4120000:error:0A00010B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number"
