Starting with Sage X3 2024 R1, the new help centre is accessible directly through Sage X3. Users of version 2024 R1 and later will be automatically redirected to the new help pages. Additionally, both the new and old help centres can be accessed via external links:

This alert is to make all users aware that the old help centre is no longer being updated with the latest information and when Sage X3 2025 R1 is released the old help will be depreciated/taken offline.
We advise all users to switch to using the new online help using the link , if there are any bookmarks or links in documentation these should also be updated.
For example Old Sage X3 Prerequisites should be replaced with the New online Prerequisites
Please also note that if the Syracuse 2024 R1 or above has to be sent as an hotfix for a previous release, users will be directed to the new Online Help from Sage X3.
