X3 Services update 48.0.77 has been released for X3 version 2024 R2 along with the companion update for X3 Builder. X3 Services and X3 Builder both use the same code and data for the Standard Packages/Nodes, so must be kept in sync if you are also using X3 Builder. If you do not already use X3 Builder, there is no need for you to download or install.
This update contains some fixes for Mobile Automation:
Slow pick tickets in Mobile Automation when selecting a product having many stock lines (JIRA X3-346413)
Context: Pick ticket in global allocation. Product managed by receipt/ issue serial number.
Due to performance issue on Pick ticket with regard to the loading of the stock lines, and also when the serial number is filtered.
The fix is the following:
the page size set at 500 has been removed, meaning we do not preload 500 stock lines once the pick ticket line is selected.
We have set as the standard way: 20 stock lines are preloaded, and the "Load more " button is displayed. Clicking on the "Load more" button allows the 20 following stock lines to appear.
Filter on serial number is well applied even if the stock line is not displayed on the first 20 records listed.
the possibility to select in mass the range of serial number, and submit them in mass, has been removed to address better performance time. This will be may reviewed on a further release.
when selecting a serial number (when the product is managed by receipt/ issue serial number) as a stock filter, so the serial number is filtered and the card opens to allow the user to Submit. Coming back to the list of stock line, the serial number value previsouly entered is removed, and the focus is kept on the serial number filter to provide the capability to the user to scan/ select another serial number.
