Sage X3 V12 clients disconnecting intermittently

We have just upgraded to V12 from 7.5, Now Sage X3 V12 clients disconnecting  intermittently, we use Chrome and Edge browsers.

Any clues/ideas what to check here?

    Hello J Paul,

    There are various different reasons why you may be getting such issues, so may need detailed review of log files, etc. which would not be sensible to post to a public forum such as this.   I would suggest you raise this with your local Sage X3 support organisation so the issue can be thoroughly investigated
