New sedApta version: Web Scheduling 2023.3.1

This package is only compatible with Sage X3 2024 R1 version. Please note the requirements described in the version 2023.3.0. 

• Operation time unit not taken into account.
• Subcontract operations are not scheduled correctly.
• Subcontract Lead time.
• Total import or partial import do not correctly update the "now date". 

Note: that this version of Web Scheduling is for 2024R1 only. Make sure to read all documentation and be fully trained in installation and managing of Web Scheduling before attempting to update or install new.
