Sage CRM 2025 R1: Changes to Help and Available Resources

Sage CRM 2025 R1 was officially released to Sage operating companies on Friday, 13th June 2025. As part of this release, the Help Centre is being updated with the latest release notes, guides, and online help.

The documentation for Sage CRM 2025 R1 is being updated to support the new features added to enhance the user experience.

UI & UX Improvements

  • How to configure the modernised Exchange Online Integration
  • Import Emails button moved from the Summary to the Communications tab

General Admin Improvements

  • Streamlined display of icons on a Main Menu Item or Summary gadget
  • Relationships between sibling entities can share the same name

Development and Implementation Improvements

  • Self-Service Enhancements
  • Security Enhancements

The System Administration Guide has also been updated to include

  • How the revised Exchanged Online Integration works and how to control the synchronisation

Additional Documentation

NOTE: The Release Notes will be provided in English.

The Release Notes document over 30 issues and enhancements addressed in Sage CRM 2025 R1. New training materials will be added to the community and YouTube channel after the product's release.
