Sage CRM 2025 R1 was officially released on Friday, 13th June 2025. Each Sage operating company (OpCo) will decide when to roll out the new version in its respective regions. This makes now an ideal time to begin planning your upgrade.
Upgrading to Sage CRM 2025 R1
You can upgrade directly to Sage CRM 2025 R1 from the following versions:
- Sage CRM 2024 R2
- Sage CRM 2024 R1
- Sage CRM 2023 R2
- Sage CRM 2023 R1
- Sage CRM 2022 R2
- Sage CRM 2022 R1
If you're running a version older than those listed, you must first upgrade to a supported version before proceeding to 2025 R1. Upgrades from unsupported versions are not tested or supported directly.
