Sage CRM 2025 R2 was released to Sage operating companies on Tuesday, 26 November 2025. The Help Centre has been updated with the latest release notes, user guides and online help.
The Help Centre is also being redesigned. We are moving to a single version documentation model. This means that there will be one guide for each area, such as the System Administration Guide, Developer Guide and User Guide. Each guide will be updated for new features in the current version while also noting how earlier versions worked. This will make it easier to follow the product’s history and to see what has changed.
Support for Sage CRM 2022 R1 and 2022 R2 ended on 30 September 2025. Documentation for these versions will be removed from the Help Centre at the end of December 2025.
The documentation for Sage CRM 2025 R2 has now been updated to reflect the key enhancements in this release.
This version includes:
• Completion of Microsoft Graph integration for Exchange Online, including Contact and Task synchronisation
• Security improvements and hardening measures
• Introduction of Sage CRM Labs

The Release Notes describe around twenty issues and enhancements delivered in Sage CRM 2025 R2. New training materials will be added to the Community site and the Sage Support and Training YouTube channel after the product release.
