Sage CRM 2026 R1 Release and Resources

Sage CRM 2026 R1 has now been released to Sage operating companies, and the Help Centre has been updated with the latest:

  • Release Notes
  • User Guides
  • System Administrator documentation
  • Online Help

This ensures that customers and partners have access to the most up-to-date guidance for installing, configuring and using Sage CRM.


A Simpler Documentation Model

The Help Centre has now moved to a single-version documentation model.

This means there is now one guide for each area, including:

  • System Administrator Guide
  • User Guide

Each guide is continuously updated to reflect the latest version of Sage CRM, while also highlighting differences in earlier versions. This makes it easier to understand how the product has evolved and to identify what has changed between releases.


Updated Documentation for 2026 R1

The documentation for Sage CRM 2026 R1 has been updated to reflect the key enhancements in this release.

As a Security and Compatibility release, Sage CRM 2026 R1 focuses on strengthening the platform rather than introducing major new functional features. The updates improve:
