Following the successful completion of integration testing on 13 March 2026, Sage CRM 2026 R1 will be made available to Sage regional teams from Friday, 27 March 2026.

This release represents another important step in Sage’s ongoing investment in Sage CRM. The product is now ready for integration with Sage accounting solutions, with regional availability confirmed locally once validation and quality assurance processes have been completed.
