While implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in Sage CRM is already on the road-map, we are advocating for this to be prioritized for the future releases. As the security landscape continues to evolve, it has become increasingly crucial for us to prioritize the protection of our customers sensitive information and safeguard the integrity of the CRM Systems that we implement.

This has been logged as an enhancement request to the development team. I frequently get asked the question by our partners and consultants. The best way to make a push for this to be prioritiesed is to have more votes through our ideas portal.

Some other work arounds are SAML that would function but not officially supported by Sage and it will need to be used at your own risk.
