Recently we have had an influx of License requests to our support inbox from both end users and partners. We thought it would be handy for our local support team to help with the speediest process for you to get the information you need quickly.

License Requests
License Requests or Updates Keys are to be requested from the Activation team not the Support Team.
Please email the Activation team on [email protected] with the Sage Client ID and Sage Software and Version for them to supply you with the latest keys.
Please note that BPs can request demo keys for their own development for any version that is supported currently.
How to Update or install License?
Confirm your name and company name, and enter your license key. You cannot register your license key more than five times. If you need to register the key more than five times, please contact your business partner.
Updating the license key
You can use the License Key Update application to change the Sage CRM license key. This lets you add on Sage CRM features that weren't purchased as part of the original license, or increase the number of licensed users.
- Go to the Sage CRM installation folder and open the License Update folder.
By default, Sage CRM is installed to %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Sage\CRM\CRM.
- Run licensekeyupdate.exe.
- Enter the new license key.
- Click Next and complete the wizard.
