CRM Together has released of a new, free, and open-source component for Sage CRM (versions 2022 R1 and later) that significantly enhances the user experience through the addition of image support and visual cues. The Sage CRM Entity Image Component brings a more visual and intuitive interface to Sage CRM, making it easier than ever to navigate and understand critical CRM data.
This innovative component introduces several key features:
- Company Image Support: The component automatically attempts to retrieve and display company favicons (website icons). If a favicon is not available, it dynamically generates an image using the company's initials, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing presentation.
- Person Image Support: Person records can now display uploaded images. For records without uploaded images, the component generates an image from the person's initials.
- Visual Stage Indicators: The component visually represents the current stage of Opportunities and Cases, providing at-a-glance insights into the progress of key activities.

Installation is performed through a standard Sage CRM component installation process, which requires an IIS reset. The component is compatible with Sage CRM 2022 R1 and later.
