As 2024 recedes into the distance and the business of 2025 starts build up, it’s only natural to reflect on the year that was—the highs, the lows, and everything in between. For me, the biggest highlight of the year was undoubtedly attending TPAC Asia.

This incredible event offered us the chance to engage and network with Sage Partners from across Southeast Asia, a region brimming with energy and potential. Adding to the excitement, we were fortunate to have none other than Jeff Richards—the Sage CRM guy—join us at the conference.

As an exhibitor, we had the opportunity to showcase our solutions for Sage 300 and Sage CRM. It was a packed one-hour session, but the feedback was positive, sparking lively discussions and a host of insightful questions from the audience. Thankfully, with Jeff supporting my session, I could seamlessly pass along some of the more intricate core product queries to him—a real team effort!

Jeff himself had two sessions, spanning an impressive five hours in total. A lesser presenter might have struggled to hold the attention of a busy, dynamic crowd for that long, but not Jeff. With his signature humour, depth of knowledge, and unwavering dedication to the Sage CRM community, he not only rose to the challenge but kept the room engaged, curious, and eager to learn.

Looking ahead, there’s already talk of Bangkok hosting the next TPAC Asia event. I couldn’t be more excited at the prospect of returning to this vibrant region, reconnecting with partners, and continuing to explore the boundless opportunities the Sage ecosystem offers here. Southeast Asia truly feels like a teeming hotbed of potential, and I can’t wait to dive back in.
