The Sage CRM Business Partner Advisory Council (BPAC) met on 20th May 2026 to review the latest progress on the Sage CRM roadmap, discuss current development priorities, and share updates from across the Sage CRM partner and ISV ecosystem.

The BPAC continues to provide an important opportunity for partners, developers, and ISVs to engage directly with the Sage CRM team, influence product direction, and hear about upcoming initiatives and investment areas.

• The successful release of Sage CRM 2026 R1
• Early roadmap details for Sage CRM 2026 R2
• The increasing role of AI within Sage CRM development and architecture
• Planned use of enriched semantic schema and MCP technologies
• Future Sage CRM Labs enhancements
• Java uplift work and platform modernization
• Reverse proxy and Microsoft Entra Application Proxy support
• Expanding collaboration with ISV partners to address functional gaps and extend the Sage CRM ecosystem

We also explored how Sage CRM’s metadata-driven architecture positions the product strongly for future AI-enabled experiences, integration scenarios, and modern user interface approaches.
