    • Three patches have been released to support Sage CRM 22R2, 23R2, and 24R1.
    • These updates restore key functionality and address Microsoft’s changes to Exchange Online.

    • Full Task Synchronization with Exchange Online – Bringing back seamless task syncing.
    • Demo Data Enhancements – Improving the out-of-the-box demo experience.

  • Roadmap Beyond 2025 R1:

• Winning Against Competitors: Jeff Tweardy shared a win-back case study, demonstrating how Sage CRM’s deep integration, order processing, and cost-effectiveness helped reclaim a client from Salesforce.
• Expanding the Partner Ecosystem: Sage CRM is growing its certification programs, conference presence, and partner collaboration initiatives to ensure greater adoption and competitive strength.
